Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product; the product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging; items damaged due to misuse, water, or mishandling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care & beauty products (if opened or used), innerwear or hygiene-related items, and items purchased on clearance or special sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery, share your order number and reason for return, and once approved, follow the guided return process. After inspection, an exchange or refund (as applicable) will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
